Steve was great in managing the low pressure alarm on the

Steve was great in managing the low pressure alarm on the TPMS. This was caused by the dealership in Mt Vernon, WA who lowered the PSI and caused the issue.

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Stevensons

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Stevensons Hyundia and Robert. Robert was awesome as always and every body that we interacted with was friendly and professional.

Brexton and Tanner were amazing!

Brexton and Tanner were amazing!! Within 24hrs Brexton was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted and had much of the paperwork started before we arrived at the dealership. We went with two kids and let him know we needed to be in and out quickly. He had the car on the charger when we arrived, it was detailed and ready to roll as soon as we finished the paperwork. Tanner was so fun to work with and made the never ending paperwork journey entertaining and moved as efficiently as possible. Thank you friends!

I was there for almost 4 hours and Braxton spent 30

I was there for almost 4 hours and Braxton spent 30 minutes with me. Incredibly rude. He got the sale and I had so little knowledge that I was petrified driving home. I was not treated like a humsn.

The dealership was easy to work with and listened to my needs with little 'sales' pushes. The over all experience was very good. I am providing a lower rating because the car they sold me, a 2025 HyundaiDate Fe Hybrid Caligraphy is turning into an expensive xxx. None of the 'connected car's features I paid for work. Navigation, BLUELINK, Wifi, Online music... None of these work! And the dashboard rattles like a SOB! Multiple frustrating calls to Hyundai and Verzion as well as a trip to the dealership with no progress made. And NO return phone calls from anyone.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Arian was so patient and helpful in getting the necessary information from my phone. It did take a long time to get the lease paperwork done, but note the staff’s fault.
