Traded my car in and they were supposed to pay off my

Traded my car in and they were supposed to pay off my previous lease. A month later, they STILL have not paid off my previous lease and no one will get back to me!

Our experience working with Arian and Chris in finance

Our experience working with Arian and Chris in finance was wonderful! They both made the process of leasing a car as smooth as can be. Arian was very knowledgeable and even spent extra time helping me link my phone to the car, which was great—I wouldn’t have taken the time to properly set it up on my own. Super grateful for the team, and I LOVE my new Ioniq!

Buying a car here was one of the most exhausting and

Buying a car here was one of the most exhausting and disappointing customer experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a confirmed appointment through their online chat, only to find out the next day they had no record of it. When we arrived to meet Noah, our assigned rep, he was nowhere to be found. We had to wander the showroom until other employees tracked him down—10–15 minutes later—because he was juggling several other customers at the same time. During the test drive process, Noah didn’t ride with us, didn’t bother to explain even the basics about the car, and showed zero interest in helping us make an informed decision. Had we not done our own research ahead of time, we would have walked out right then. After returning, he vanished yet again, and when it came time to negotiate, he appeared lost and unprepared, eventually handing us off to a manager. The general manager offered just $100 off and made an unprofessional remark about this being “more of a friend relationship than a business relationship” — a baffling and inappropriate comment during a major purchase. Even after we reluctantly agreed to move forward, we were told there’d be a 30-minute wait for financing. Instead, we sat for almost three more hours. The finance rep was the first person to tell us features about the car that should have been explained from the very start. While waiting, we saw other customers give up and walk out because no one greeted or helped them. From start to finish, we wasted nearly the entire day here, received little to no real customer service, and were treated more like an inconvenience than paying customers. The lack of professionalism, disorganization, and disregard for people’s time was staggering. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership altogether.

Hello Mr. Bradley and thank you. I am perplexed seeing your review. You and I spoke, you drove up from Parker as we provided the best deal. You spent a good deal of time here negotiating with us and we did spend a good deal of time with you trying to meet your every need. We also let you know that due to the overwhelming demand on our ionoqs due to the incentives ending, that there would be a longer than normal wait. Despite that, we gave you an amazing deal that you said you were very happy with when you spoke to me. I think maybe you are getting some of the conversations confused. I’m not sure who you are referencing with the “$100” mention. We will continue to do our very best to satisfy you, and I apologize that my team was inundated on that Saturday and that the process took longer than usual. The new service center is quite nice and comfortable.

The new service center is quite nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me great advice for a future repair (coolant flush) that would be needed down the road.
