The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating even though we came on a very busy Saturday. We got a great price on my first new vehicle and am very happy with our decision. We would buy another car here even though the financing took way too long.

I bought my vehicle from Stevinson Hyundai. I went in for my first oil change this past weekend. It was very easy to schedule online and I appreciated the text reminders about my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee that was able to check me in swiftly. I waited for my vehicle and the waiting area was comfortable and had snacks and beverages to drink. I was also sent a text to track the status of my service. Upon completion, the employee came over to let me know the car was ready and I could check out when I was ready.

They didn’t even ask about problem I wrote in
They didn’t even ask about problem I wrote in appointment description. It took 40 minutes longer than they told me it would be, even though I saw that car was done in time, but they made me sit longer because of needed paperwork. They didn’t seem very kind, just busy. They super kind before we bought the car. The after care has been a struggle.

Appointment at 7:45 am for recall with customer waiting at shop. No communication from staff. Wait ended up to be 6 hours. Not acceptable!
