Transparent and efficient. NOAH WAS GREAT! Leased a new car. Got the model and color I wanted with acceptable terms. Appreciate your storeroom and excellent customer service

Brandon was great!

Brandon was great! Service completed in less than an hour. Came in for a regular oil change with a coupon. Worked remotely while I waited. Great facility!

It took them 12 days to fix my brand new Hyundai Tucson

It took them 12 days to fix my brand new Hyundai Tucson hybrid which would not start. 3 months old. I would have to leave 3 or 4 msgs before anyone in the service dept would get back to me They are overloaded. After the part arrived, they could not get to it for 3 days. I had to rent a car. 12 days. I am grateful to have my car back. This experience was anxiety filled and SO FRUSTRATING. ON THE Good SIDE, my salesperson, John, tried his best to make it better also, kudos to yashraj in consumer affairs

We had a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, Battery quit up

We had a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, Battery quit up 12,000ft EstesParkMontain Hyundai replaced Hybrid Batt., Computer Management Module,+Relay FREE OF CHARGE. We had 109,000+ miles on our car. We decided it?s an omen, so we traded for 2025 Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid. We worked with CHRIS BRANHAM absolutely the BEST !! Sales mngr. Vaughn was super nice, Chris in Finance so cool, and Alicia and Steve in the Serv.Dept are SUPER INCREDIBLE!! My wife and I are from Illinois and all the people put her mind at ease, she was a little stresssd ! Lol. Thanks to all at Stevinson Hyundai Frederick, CO They were FANTASTIC !!

Dropped my car off in the morning, All seems normal.

Dropped my car off in the morning, All seems normal. Called in the afternoon to see how diagnostic was going, Was informed they were busy and it would be 2 to 3 days before they could look at it. I explained that I had made an appointment so I would not have to leave my car. They explained that is just the way it is. Not ok??. I have picked up my car. Who can go without there car for 3 days.
