They are the worst type of used car dealership. I bought a car from them 2 years ago. Bought car 1 week later, found out engine was blown. When changing engine out found out radiator had a crack in it. When I confronted them the sales guy told me they would fix it for 7-8K and that was a deal. When I told him who sales a car knowing the engine was blown he said "what are you going to do about it". Unfortunately in florida there is no lemon law on used vehicles. At this time I have replaced everything but the transmission. Could have bought a new car. In my opinion they are a dishonest dealership.

Do not Buy from Taylor Trading they sell lemons and will not help you in any way once you sign, don't believe a word they say. They are liars and the warranty company is the same way they are the worse company I've ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM TAYLOR TRADING IN ORANGE PARK.

This place is an absolute joke. I was searching nationwide inventory and found a BMW that I liked. Taylor Trading had one that met the spec and the price that I was looking for. Car had been on the market for about 90 days at this time, which is considered a long time Note that I live in IL and they are in FL. I spoke with a salesperson and they sent me an invoice. We agreed that I could have the car sent to a local BMW shop to get checked out. The salesperson and I both called and emailed the shop together to confirm that this was the case. I prepaid the inspection. A week goes by and car never makes it to the shop. I call the dealership and I am told that the salesperson was fired "due to committing fraud." Interesting, but whatever. I speak with the owner, tell her about the deal, but she refused to bring the car to the agreed shop because "it was too far." The shop was 7 miles away. They are in NW Florida. Would have taken 15 mins to get there. Again, whatever. Lost the money that I paid. Taylor suggests that I contract with a mobile mechanic to come on site. I don't like this idea bc they can't really get under the car the same way. I find a shop a block away. Literally a quarter mile away on the same block. This is acceptable to taytay I prepay the inspection on Friday. The car is supposed to get inspected on Monday. Friday evening, I get a call from a salesperson. He's all howdy buddy, tells me that someone is going to check out the car over the weekend, but they will hold it for me if I put down a $500 deposit. LOL, I tell him whatever and to make sure that he gets the car inspected on Monday. Monday goes by and nothing. No call, no show. Call the showroom and they are clueless. Text taylor and I get back a "new phone who dis?" reply. lol again. I have all communications to back this up. The time between first contact and this point is like 30 days. Effective car salespeople should be able to sell a car in an hour. 2 weeks after this, I get a phone call from Zeke, who I guess was supposed to try to close me, but he didn't seem to sound very sharp either, so why bother. It's cool that you can now search nationwide inventory of cars but you have to be diligent in assessing the legitimacy of a business. My expert opinion is that Taylor Trading is a lower-tier dealership with less than optimal offerings. They probably sell poorer quality vehicles to a captive local audience. Don't bother with this place if you are looking for competency, because that is surely lacking. This is my expert opinion.

Terrible No return calls for days, then 3 different people calling/texting me. None of them could answer basic questions. Bought from a different dealer. I do not recommend.
