Great experience buying a 530. Ask for Bill. You won’t be disappointed. He’s got a demeanor that makes you at home and comfortable with your decision. He went out of his way to transfer the car I wanted from 70 miles away. Got a fair trade for my former car and an extensive walk through of the features of the car.

I was shopping for a white 2 or 3 year old 3 series.
I was shopping for a white 2 or 3 year old 3 series. The dealership didn't have the color I wanted. My salesperson, Audrey Houck-Fassnacht, suggested I look at 2 white 5 series. After test drives and an orientation covering key features and systems, I chose a 2021 540i. Audrey helped me with my trade and with completing my purchase. She then sat in the car and helped me connect my phone and customize the many features of the car to my preferences. As a former car salesman, I can say that the entire process was a good car buying experience. I would highly recommend Audrey at BMW of Bloomfield Hills.
