I do not recommend this dealership. I bought a car in November, and they failed to deliver the license plates. Twelve weeks went by, and they called to tell me that I would have to swap the car—and that I could not cancel the loan unless I purchased a new vehicle. So, that is what I did. Five weeks have passed since then, and they still haven't delivered the plates. I called the police, and the officer told me that I am not the only person this has happened to, and that I should have checked the reviews on Google and online. Adam—the new supervisor, who claims to be highly efficient—doesn't answer a single phone call; when he saw the police arrive, he hid and put his salespeople out front instead. Unfortunately, I am still without license plates and am stuck paying off a loan for a car that I cannot legally drive. I hope no one else ever has to go through this.

The service in this place was excellent, they have a wide variety of vehicles and they advise you to give you the best one, I definitely recommend it!

Traveled two hours to look at a 1996 Mercury Cougar. First problem was when I was on the test drive and was stopped by the local police because the vehicle did not display a proper dealer registration. The police officer was very nice and wasn't surprised when he saw this dealerships name on the vehicle. The officer advised me this is a common problem with this dealership among many. Also warned me to be careful of the additional fees and charges by this dealership as the police department receives many complaints about this also, boy was he right! Upon returning to the dealership I sat down with the manager who tacked on almost $1400 in extra fees and charges to the asking price! They even added a $499 "prep" charge for vehicle detailing and this vehicle didn't even look like it was washed since last year! There was a 1/4" inch of dirt and water spots over the entire vehicle, dried leaves in every corner and crevice, and several bird droppings across the entire vehicle! My trade in was in better condition, professionally appraised and insured for much more then this vehicle cost with documentation and I was offered $400 for my vehicle! They also wanted to charge me for temporary tags, another $400 when i have a PERMANENT Antique Registration issued by Pennsylvania which is valid in all 50 states! I observed several other people test driving vehicles and making various statements about the vehicles being in disrepair. I have reported this dealership to the New Jersey Motor Vehicles Center in Trenton New Jersey for violations of state registration regulations. To top it all off, they lost my spare set of keys and remote! This dealership is a sham, stay away, don't waste your time and buyer beware!

Just very nice n knowledgeable people that work there . Giving me positive other options . Missed the king cab that I was working on an trying to get over there, losing out on.

I was interested in one of their Subaru Outbacks...so reached out online for some additional information as I am an out of state buyer...at first they seemed interested in helping me, offered to send additional pictures...but they never did do that. They also mentioned a 60 or 80 PT inspection they had completed on the car, so I asked to see it. My request was never even acknowledged. I sent a list of ten simple questions about the car...they refused to answer...so I figured that told me everything I needed to know...so my efforts to make an informed decision on whether to buy the car and have it shipped to me was a complete disaster...and of course they still have the car as of this date...wonder why?

This car dealer is very unprofessional and unwilling to negotiate even 1 dollar. Stay away is my suggestion.

The Dealership has been very prompt in answering my questions. Good selection. I have to make the travel time worth what may have to spend for transportation.

The dealership is hidden and more like a junk yard/ reck shop. Took vehicle for test and shortly after flashed a chk engine light.
