BMW of Peoria review
This was by far my best buying experience ever at dealer. I was looking at a used BMW they had and I lived three hours away. From the initial contact with Justin Snead, they went above and beyond! I had some very specific asks about some mechanical points and conditions of the car and Justin and his sales manager Alex exceeded my expectations by phone calls, photos, text’s and videos. This team treated me like I was buying a new $100K car not a used one! When I got there, the car was even better than described and the whole BMW team was welcoming and glad we were there.

2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

BMW of WaterburyReviews
BMW of Waterbury review
While driving on Rt.8 Northbound around exit 35 the car hit a large pothole and the tire was damaged. I was able to drive to BMW of Waterbury. As I entered the showroom an agent by the name of Emily assisted me. As I told her what occurred she immediately went outside to look at the car and confirmed a new tire was needed. She indicated she would check to see if they had the tire in stock that I needed. They did not, however they would have in the next day to fix. Immediately she asked where I lived, when I told her Shelton, her immediate response was no worry, we will have a driver take you home so you can get your other car. Customer Service at the highest level, with no computers or AI, just good old face to face communication which is a lost art today. The car was ready the next day as promised. Emily, job well done and thank you for taking care of our needs.

Casey BMWReviews
Casey BMW review
If you’re going to Casey BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Julliana! I started browsing last weekend for a year-end upgrade, and she turned a 'just looking' trip into the best car-buying experience of my life. She met me exactly where I was, communicated perfectly via text, and found me such a great deal that I bought TWO cars at the same time! Julliana went above and beyond to make sure the pickup was effortless. When I arrived, both vehicles were detailed and shining, and the entire process was lightning-fast. I’ve never had a salesperson make a double-purchase feel this easy. She is a total rockstar!

The process was quick and efficient and Mike O stepped in and assisted me. He was polite and honest about the wait time. I came in 30 minutes before my appointment and I was made any promises that weren’t kept. He also showed care for my time and kept me updated on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, made suggestions but never pressured me to do anything. When I go back I wouldn’t mind being assisted by him again.

BMW of DarienReviews
BMW of Darien review
The sales dept at bmw of Darien is great. I have to highly acknowledge Steve Koslowski for his care and kindness when I purchased my car sometime ago. I live in n.j. And the only reason I come to bmw of Darien is because of his great expertise and know I am in good hands. I highly recommend Steve Koslowski to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. As for the service dept and service advisors at the Dealership, they are pitiful and arrogant. I would not use them for my future service needs.

Rallye BMWReviews
Rallye BMW review
I had direct dealings with Vito Alami during my experience with him at another dealership. To be clear, I understand that Mr. Alami is no longer employed at this location. I want to distinguish my experience with an individual employee from my opinion of the dealership itself. I have no basis to assign responsibility to the dealership or its current management for the actions of a former employee, and I am not suggesting otherwise. The dealership itself receives five stars. My concerns relate specifically to my dealings with Mr. Alami, which left me with serious reservations regarding his approach to sales practices, pricing transparency, and the accuracy of information provided during the purchasing process. These concerns were significant enough that I considered bringing the underlying circumstances to the attention of appropriate state and federal consumer protection authorities. I would encourage any prospective employer considering Mr. Alami for a position involving automobile sales, management, or consumer transactions to conduct thorough independent due diligence and carefully evaluate his previous professional history. This review reflects my personal experience and is not intended as a criticism of his former employer or its current staff.

Mercedes-Benz of North OrlandoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando review
We recently began the process of trading in our 2023 Honda Pilot Elite in hopes of finding something newer, more fuel-efficient, and with a lower monthly payment. We decided to start our search at Mercedes-Benz, even though we initially thought ownership was completely out of reach for us. After several test drives and some negotiations, we were thrilled to drive away in a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Mild Hybrid with the AMG Package. What made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Gabriel Echegaray. Gabriel absolutely saved the day! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is a tremendous asset to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Our experience was so positive that my parents are now considering bringing in their Mercedes-Benz for maintenance and may even explore upgrading to a newer model in the future. Thank you again, Gabriel, for making what we thought was impossible become a reality. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando and asking for Gabriel. You won't be disappointed!

Autobahn USA Westborough review
Marjorie and Autobahn were such a positive experience after a month of very negative experiences at other dealerships! They were responsive, transparent, respectful and attentive! I’m delighted to have found a 2015 Forester and feel very confident about my purchase! Very grateful for Marjorie and the Autobahn team! Rachel R.
2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

BMW of RamseyReviews
BMW of Ramsey review
I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.
2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

BMW of TallahasseeReviews
BMW of Tallahassee review
Griffin at BMW Land Rover of Tallahassee is truly in a class of his own! It’s rare to meet someone in car sales who makes such a positive impression and leaves you just as excited about recommending him as you are about the car. He brings a refreshing combination of professionalism, personality, and a genuine interest in the people he works with. You feel like a valued customer, and that makes all the difference. Griffin sets the bar for what a car-buying experience should be. We can’t recommend him highly enough. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Griffin. Five stars without hesitation—he’s simply the best!

I had a great experience buying a car online from another state through this dealership. They were knowledgable, efficient, friendly and handled all details perfectly. My bank was giving me and them a hard time and they went above and beyond to satisfy the bank and me. So nice to find a car dealership that is honest and not pushy!!
