Overall was good. Everybody is friendly I would say that there needed to be better communication in regards to the offer that was made to me regarding the second key being made for my new car and that it being at the dealership expense. Ended up finding out later that I was supposed to be covering some of the costs as well, but that wasn't fully explained to me during the time it was offered. I was then also offered to have a key technician come out and make a second key for me and then was told that I would have to later on pay for that, but I was not told that out front. But this situation got handled and I ended up not having to pay for the key so everything ended up in my favor and ended up being fair.

Took awhile but thorough and provide me with nice vehicle while repairs were being done.

Appointment times are always honored, the text and email updates and inspection are thorough , and everyone is always professional and welcoming.
