Best experience!!! Having had purchased a new car just two years prior, I didn't realize what a GOOD EXPERIENCE should feel like!! John B., Sales, was super helpful and knowledgeable. He took so much time with us going over every little detail, working with us to ensure we got in the vehicle that exactly matched our wants and needs. He also provided insight on what to expect for our preventative maintenance appointments. Follow-up by not only John but by Ron in Service has been very helpful and timely! I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone needing to purchase a new vehicle!

Called Mazda to talk about what was available. John B. answered the phone and talked to us extensively. We drove to the Germain Mazda dealership and spent quite a lot of time getting to know about the CX-5, that checked ALL OUR BOXES for our wants! We were very pleased when we left; and went back the next day to purchase our new CX-5!

Mike O’Brien is an amazing and professional salesperson. I had issues with the second key fob and had to make an additional trip to Columbus. The key cutter was not working that day. They made the fob at another location and personally delivered that fob to me. Mike had promised a full tank of gas the day I drove to Columbus but that didn’t happen. I am expecting reimbursement for that expense. The overall experience was positive and would recommend this dealer!

So nice to have great service nowadays as a senior looking for a car with my income and all the help it I s just wonderful I so appreciate it also there should be programs for seniors on a fixed income and you know seniors start at age 55 now

The best buying experience ever I would recommend them to everyone one of the salesman named Christian was the best person talked about how you do things and even helped with getting a cheaper car because he knew I had a budget I am on SSDI and he knew I really needed a car I just lived all of them
