Everyone was great! I thought I was told the car would be detailed inside and out after the oil change but maybe I misunderstood. Liked the video of the inspection. Clever!

After thorough inspection, one of their service people
After thorough inspection, one of their service people rode with us and explained the noise was normal and nothing needed repair. We were not charged and everyone treated us with courtesy and respect, especially Ron, the service tectnition.
