He did none of the standard sales pitches or adding options/services push, instead he listened to all things any consumer would bring up, responding in a way that works for consumers. I have bought many brand new cars (7) through the years. Bob at Friendly Honda was the “Best” salesman hands down!!! He was not pushy, he was full of Good energy and super nice! The Honda HRV was my 16 year old daughter’s first car and this was the Best buying experience for her to witness. Usually most salesman at dealers.. You definitely live up your company name “FRIENDLY HONDA”. I had the pleasure of having Howard Burman and James Libutti help me purchase a 2024 Honda Hybrid. They was so wonderful and gave me SUPERIOR SERVICE and advice. Howard was so patient with me going over all the my car, in detail he was very very explain all aspects of the car. We went for a test drive and he explained all the features. Of course, I was over whelmed with the info. Thank you Howard for giving me you time. Jim was excellent in the finale sale and paperwork. He too explain all the features of the loan information and who warranties. I walk a way very very happy with my new car. I am very impress with Howard and James.
