Simple and direct.

Simple and direct. Staff was courteous and sincere. No pressure, fair prices. They are building a new facility so I don't mind the old one for a while.

Rotated tire but didn't check tire pressure, supposed to

Rotated tire but didn't check tire pressure, supposed to top off fluids no windshield washer fluid. So then I started checking everything like lug nut torque ok at least there not going to fall off I was a senior master ford technician at this dealership before when it was Crossroads Ford L/M . The buying process was not very well very demanding , I probably wouldn't have even bought my Maverick there but there hard to find what I wanted.

The salesman was really pushy.

The salesman was really pushy. He kinda told me what that I was going to buy that vehicle. The finance person was smart and pushy also
