I showed interest in the online listing and Brandon immediately reached out to schedule a test-drive. Three days later I drove off the lot with a new ride! Excellent Service

I drove from Louisville to purchase a used car advertised online. I had called earlier in the week and spoke to Brandon Ozier. He encouraged my visit. I drove up on the holiday. Brandon met with me and my family immediately. We test drove the car and made an immediate decision to buy. Brandon made this transaction very easy. He is very knowledgeable and very professional! I was very impressed with this young man. He is truly an asset to this dealership. Finance Manager, Greg Hunter made the final closing of the sale very easy as well. I will refer others to Thomson-McConnell Cadillac and to Brandon Ozier! This was a very good experience--great customer service!

Great experience, excellent dealership

We recently purchased a car from Thomson MacConnell and Brandon Ozier was our excellent sales professional. From start to finish Brandon was friendly, responsive, and completely honest and helped us to purchase an excellent Cadillac. I'd recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a vehicle sales professional with a focus on the customer's needs and preferences without a high pressure personality. Brandon's focus on our satisfaction was complete even to the point of washing our car himself before we picked it up. Such dedication! Best car buying experience of my life!!

We were in the market for a used car, low miles and reliable. We had heard about Thomson Macconnell's reputation over the years but had never purchased a vehicle with them. Kyle and jerry made the experience great. They let us take the car home for the weekend and drive it after we said we liked it. Then when we brought in our trade the gave us significantly more than the other two dealers in town we had talked to prior to coming in to Thomson Macconnell. We had the pleasure of working with third generation owner CJ Macconnell and Scott. There is a level of customer service that comes from a family business that has been around as long as they have. It seems to be something that CJ and Scott were raised and had exemplified to them throughout their lives and now they recreate that same culture with a tenured sales team of folks that have been there for decades. They do exactly what they say they will and we had complete confidence in the continued customer service we expect. In fact we purchased a 4 year warranty bumper to bumper that has a $0 deductible if the car is brought here for service. I hope that we have no problems whatsoever out of the car but I feel extremely confident if we did they would exceed our expectations in making the situation right. We highly recommend them!!!

2013 Cadillac SRX from MacConnel

Brandon did a great job as my sales person. Had basic trade in agreement done via e-mail just showed up and filled out paperwork and drove it home. Car was detailed and ready to go as he described, very clean vehicle. I've probably bought 15-20 cars the last 20 years and this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car.

EXCITED
