Excellent Customer Service!
Every area of the dealership makes you feel like you are the only customer. They make everything convenient for me and even pick my car up when my schedule gets busy and I cant get into the dealership. The sales process was no pressure and I know my business was valued. My salesman Mike made the process so simple. Finance was quick and efficient. When my new car needed body work, Thompson MacConnell body shop really delivered! My car looked showroom ready when they were finished. Transportation made the process easy so I did not have to take time off of work and picked up and delivered my car when it was done. Service has been amazing for my routine maintenance and never makes me feel like a "irrational woman who expects too much" as I have been told by another brands. Cant imagine going anywhere else now after experiencing the service provided by Thompson MacConnell Cadillac

Service completed promptly while waiting in a nice, comfortable lounge. Following service, results were completed to satisfactorily. Was provided service that I declined so I can decide when to have service completed.

Great experence!
My service rep "Russ" has done a very good job of getting our car in for service. While this being done we are given a loaner that we are able to use till our car is ready.

Excellent Customer Service
Great experience!! I was fortunate enough to work with Brandon. He made everything easy from step one. This vehicle was bought completely over the phone and internet. We worked out a deal and a price for my trade and they brought the vehicle to me some 200 plus miles away. Would highly recommend!

Very Disappointed in Kyle Hellman
I purchased a used Lexus from Kyle Hellman and for it being my first independent car purchase, I was very disappointed. During the test drive, I introduced her to features about the car that she had no clue about. When discussing the purchasing steps, I was made to feel like I was completely alone with understanding the process. She only helped me find the dotted line to sign. After purchase, she had made it off of the business grounds before I was able to. After trying to communicate with her via e-mail multiple times regarding odds and ends of the purchase, I would get no response. I was very remorseful to buy from her. If it were a more knowledgable salesperson, I wouldn't have left the dealership to test drive other cars.
