Stress free at Johnson city ford. They made us feel comfortably when we was there. They let me pick the one i like. He didn't pressure us in buying a truck we did not want. They treated us like family.

We needed a vehicle to replace one that was totaled in an accident, and we didn't have a lot of time. We found a very nice low mileage Escape online and it was competitively priced. The sales reps helped us with information and made the process very smooth with no pressure. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.

Just purchased a beautiful new 2022 Lincoln Nautalis. Salesman Keith Shortridge was so helpful in ordering my new vehicle is January. When it arrived today at the dealership he quickly notified me to come and get my new car. He was so nice and handled the transaction very professional. I am very happy.

Worked with McKenzie, Dusty, and Keith on buying a 2021 Bronco that I had ordered. They all were very good at communicating and were great to work with. The finance department was very easy to work with as well.

It was a great experience purchasing my first Mustang. Anthony Valls, the salesperson and representative, allowed for the opportunity to be pleasant. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I walked out of the dealership feeling good we've made a great deal.

Ordered a new 2021 Bronco Sport and waited six months to get it because of the chip shortage. Kevin (Red) was so patient and kind as I called him for updates every few weeks. When it finally arrived he called me the moment it came off the truck. Everyone was so nice and not pushy at all. They made the buying process super easy.
