I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I recently had a repair done on my Fusion that failed for the exact same reason 6 months later. They refused to honor the 2 year warranty that was sold with all the repair work because the part they used was not a genuine ford replacement part. They did not disclose at any time they were using parts that were not OEM. In fact, on the invoice it states "Genuine Ford Parts" and they used their warranty as a selling point for the repair work that needed to be done. Not honest and do not stand behind their work. I had to pay for the same repair twice (including labor) because of a defective part that they installed.
