Friendly and helpful workers.

Friendly and helpful workers. Took time to explain the process. Even though it?s under construction, the service was quick! I will be back! I can?t wait to see the new renovation completed!

is absolutely the worst service department i have ever

is absolutely the worst service department i have ever interacted with. vehicles take a long time to repair (under warranty), there are no loaners, no one calls you back. i am never taking my kia for service work at this location again and am frankly questioning whether i ever would buy a kia again

We were promised a clean/detailed car and waited HOURS

We were promised a clean/detailed car and waited HOURS for the vehicle to be cleaned. When we got it was so filthy we even found old dried up chicken nuggets stuffed in the seats along with toys and old socks. At the time the vehicle only had one key but they PROMISED they would contact the previous owner and get us the other key ASAP. This was over 6 weeks ago. We haven?t heard a single word from them. They also made mistakes on the title work making it very difficult to get the car registered here in PA where we live. They also did some deceitful things in regards to our down payment and sales tax as well. This dealership is a DISASTER. Avoid them at all costs

OK considering on-going construction.

OK considering on-going construction. Staff were professional and quality of work was just fine. Car wash is a nice feature when having your serviced.
