Quick, easy, fair deal & a good price. I would definitely come again and recommend Justin. (The finance guy? Not so much, trying to sell me a transmission warranty on a 9 year old Toyota?)

In spite of the dealership being under renovations, we

In spite of the dealership being under renovations, we were taken care of very well and courteously and professionally. The service attendant walked us to where the waiting area is now because of the construction and we were provided with a ride home and a pick up to get a car after it was completed as we were not planning to have the work done today. I have the with this Kia dealership about 15 to 20 years under both Mentor Kia and Ganley Kia

When I arrived the service department technician said he

When I arrived the service department technician said he couldn?t find my appointment and he couldn?t find the history of my car issues. I had spoke to Customer Care representative Dave 2 days prior and he made the appointment. I recognized another technician Mick Linder and spoke to him and he was able to find out what was going on and had the shop change out a recommended part. When the service was done and I left the dealership I stopped at the store and when I was driving through the parking lot about 10 mph the RPM?s jumped up to about 2,000 but my speed remained the same. This is one of the issues I have been experiencing since I first reported.

Perfect experience!

Perfect experience! They are remodeling the building, but process was seamless. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel at home and they finished when they said they would be done!

Hooked me up with a sick car with really helpful staff.

Hooked me up with a sick car with really helpful staff. The sales manager Tony was very straightforward and worked with us on finding the right car, especially when there are so many options of the same model. Tons of options in the lot.

I brought my Sportage in at the appointed time for an oil

I brought my Sportage in at the appointed time for an oil change and I said that I would wait for it there. After 1.25 hours, I asked for the status, and it was still outside and not brought into a bay yet! I left the dealership at that point, I could not see sitting there for 3 hours for an oil change! The gentlemen that checked me in should have come to the waiting room after a half hour and told me of the delay. He was apologetic but useless. I feel that as one (of the four or five total) service representatives assigned to me and my car, he should have kept me in the loop. Ken Ganley needs to figure out service scheduling better or hire more mechanics to take care of people waiting with routine maintenance so that they can get in and out in a timely fashion. I will not be back to Ken Ganley for routine maintenance. I feel that I am not valued customer.

Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. They explained all the paperwork and got me out as quickly as possible. Salesman answered all my questions about the process and all the features on the car.

Terrible.

Terrible. Dont let then fix your car, it will come back with more issues. And they will have your car for months on end with NO repsonse when wanting an update. They were unprofessional. Not to mention 2 times i came to fet my car and had dents on it that were jot from me. Then when asked oh it was there prior. Luckily i had photos of my car before I sent it in. Will NEVER get ny car serviced or even BUY a car from Ken ganely bc i har such a terrible experience.
