Very disappointing experience. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and communication was poor from start to finish. I felt rushed throughout the process, and getting clear information about pricing and vehicle details was more difficult than it should have been. Customer service did not meet my expectations, and follow-up was lacking. The selection of vehicles may be good, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I would recommend improving professionalism, transparency, and customer support.

Advertising a vehicle that’s not for sale. Cant even imagine how many people’s contact information and new free leads they generated by advertising a low miles, desirable vehicle for weeks without it being available for purchase. Seems to be a new trick dealerships are using to data peoples personal information. Cheap way to get the names and numbers of people in the market for a new vehicle. Unfortunately first impressions are everything. This experience has left me with a terrible taste in my mouth. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next truck. My Recommendation would be to find a more professional dealership with more honest business practices! Have a great day and hope this helped any potential customers

Stephanie made it so easy and relaxed to look at new vehicles. She is very knowledgeable in the features and options helping me figure out exactly which vehicle was right for me. The entire transaction went extremely smooth, she made all her efforts to find me the right deal and she has followed up several times to make sure everything was good on my end and that I was 100% satisfied.
