Write a reviewSevere Professional, Mechanical, and Regulatory Negligence – Consumer Warning I am writing this to advise potential consumers, particularly first-time and younger buyers, to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this establishment. On June 12, 2026, a vehicle was purchased from this dealership. The sales staff dismissed an active dashboard warning light, assuring the buyer the vehicle was safe. On June 28, 2026, the vehicle overheated. A subsequent inspection revealed a cracked engine block causing severe oil and coolant leaks. When notified, management showed no professional accountability and failed to offer diagnostic or towing assistance. Upon attempting to return the vehicle on July 6, 2026, several critical operational liabilities and regulatory red flags became apparent: • Pre-existing Knowledge: An employee admitted to driving the vehicle regularly prior to the sale, indicating management was likely aware of the defects and manually reset the dashboard lights by disconnecting the battery. • Lack of Certified Inspections: Management explicitly admitted they do not utilize certified or licensed mechanics to inspect their inventory, relying solely on basic visual checks. • Registration Irregularities: The dealership claimed to have secured the vehicle's registration, yet provided absolutely no standard tracking, documentation, or verifiable state paperwork, raising severe concerns regarding the legitimacy of their registration practices. • Predatory Paperwork: The dealership requested a work order to be signed, which included a fine-print clause enabling a mechanic’s lien against the vehicle, despite them not having a designated repair facility. • Unprofessional Staff Conduct: When legal and regulatory remedies were mentioned, staff became defensive, claimed to have legal counsel on standby, and resorted to sarcastic, unprofessional remarks toward us. While we successfully returned the vehicle and secured documentation dissolving the auto loan, our $1,700 investment (down payment and first month's payment) was not recouped. This business demonstrates a clear pattern of prioritizing profit over consumer safety, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Please review consumer feedback carefully before engaging with this dealer.

Drove over there from Sugar Land. The 2007 Honda Pilot I wanted to see was there but the price on the windshield was $3k over the online price. That's a huge red flag to me and seriously made me doubt their integrity.

The location isn't in my zone and asking too much for down payment. Haven't test driven the Edge though. The walk is too far and Lyft doesn't travel there. Did respond by email but online process need to fill out paper work but doesn't have that process. Possibly still interested.
