From the time I contacted the dealership, they were professional as well as friendly. I told salesman, Mike Hale what u was looking for and within a few minutes, he sent me a picture and the deal they could offer.

Would be better if I would have gotten points for the purchase of my new vehicle. And aren't you supposed to get points for maintenance. My points balance is still 0. My daughter bought a new truck less than a month before me and has not paid for an oil change just using her points. My daughter-in-law bought a new bronco sport just after I did and she got her Ford points. This Bronco Sport is my first ever brand new car and I got screwed. I will not recommend your sales team ever. Your sales manager even lied to me the day of my oil change and said he added the points and big surprise No Points. Your service department is good I just wish with an oil change they would check other fluids and clean the windshield. Talk about ruining my first and probably only time ever new car buying experience.
