Traded in a vehicle 9/2024 and purchased same day. DMV did not receive information about the purchase until 1/15/2025 and it had errors which had to be returned to Corwin and corrected. 2/2025 and we still have not been paid out for our trade-in despite multiple conversations, phone calls, and documentation. Corwin sent a payoff check to our loan holder that was almost $2000 less than the agreed upon price. After several weeks, multiple phone calls/emails, Corwin sent us a check that was still almost $300 short of what we agreed upon. We sent another email asking for clarification. A week went by with no response. We sent another email asking for clarification prompting a response of "I was under the impression that this was complete. I will check to find out what is going on and get back to you as soon as possible." A week went by with no response. We sent a follow up email and have not heard back. The financial department is grossly incompetent at best, but seemingly willfully fraudulent. We don't have much faith that we'll receive what we are owed.
