My service manager was great, unfortunately the

My service manager was great, unfortunately the technician who worked on my truck was not. I declined the $70 cabin air filter and they must have been offended because my glove box was a mess. The items were just jammed back in, in disarray and leaf litter was strewn about. Very disrespectful.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Ed Trejol is a horrible salesperson. After showing me 3 cars on his computer, he stood up and walked away. After waiting 5 minutes, I left. The front desk was awesome as they found I had service in the past. I need a used RAV4 but because of Ed, I’ll go somewhere else.

I did not appreciate the time it took (8 hours) to make

I did not appreciate the time it took (8 hours) to make this repair. They literally rinsed off the grill shutters and reset the code. I was told the repair was not covered by the extended warranty so I had to pay out of pocket. And, I absolutely despise being upsold on items that atr not needed so that service advisors earn a commission.

The staff are considerate.thoughtful and honest making the process of purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience. Oryn is incredibly knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. The entire team made the shopping process straightforward and hassle free.

Kaia is the BEST.

Kaia is the BEST. We lucked out getting her as our sales rep. She not only worked with us, but she ran the deal through for us over the phone so that we didn't have to drive an hour to and from without knowing for certain whether or not we would be approved. She and Jason hand picked out 3 cars that fit our needs and matched our finances and we left with our dream car. Jason was friendly, efficient and the two of them had us out, keys in hand in under 2 hours.
