Alfredo and Landin were fantastic. Tony in financing was AWFUL - rude, condescending, impatient. He made me so uncomfortable that I almost walked away. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I found the process confusing and overwhelming. To my understanding, I made an offer for the price of the vehicle. Landin said he would ask his manager if the price was acceptable. Then they started asking me to sign a bunch of documents. At NO point did anyone confirm the final price of the vehicle, or if my offer was accepted. When Tony told me to sign my name and accept the purchase of the vehicle, I got really confused because we didn't discuss price at all. I had ZERO idea what price I was agreeing to. When I said this to Tony, he raised his voice at me and said I already agreed to a price. I insisted I hadn't because, again, to my knowledge, I had only made an offer. I never received any verbal or written confirmation that my offer was accepted. Rather than trying to help, Tony tried to bully me into signing and accepting the deal. He said "I can't show you the final price until you accept the deal". In what world do you agree to a legal contract without knowing how much you're paying? After going back and forth a couple times, he finally said the dealership had accepted my offer. That's all I needed to know, but he felt the need to yell and belittle me first.

Fair and efficient buying process from the front of the
Fair and efficient buying process from the front of the house to the back. The salesperson was good. The reason for missing stars is associated with a promised missing second key (I learned it was missing AFTER the paperwork was complete) and the vehicle being out of alignment after I was assured it was in alignment based on their reconditioning (this was reported to them while I was still looking at other cars on their lot). I'm covering these costs out of pocket, which is disappointing. Had I known about these issues, I would have negotiated the price to cover the costs. That said, I'm still considering working with these guys again, as I'm in the market now for two new vehicles in 2025.
