We had serious interest in a used vehicle at this dealer. As soon as we talked about the shape of our trade in, we could feel something completely off. They made pretty strong accusations about the shape of my car and offered significantly less than other ford dealers we had went to. No other dealers had mentioned anything negative about our car other than needing tires, which we agreed with. After we mentioned this, they did match what the other dealers offered but then proceeded to go back out to our car and find “more” things wrong with it when discussing price. In our entire life we have never experienced such poor service and felt this icky. So glad we didn’t give this dealer service and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Please be careful, they obviously find different ways to screw you on the price.

I picked up the pickup we had purchased, but the paperwork tired me out. I think about 15 signatures were required. Still have to get my fill of gas at the first service on oil etc. It came nearly empty which was an oversite of someone.
