Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service! Financing is so easy and fast. Went to couple of banks and they had higher rates. I got the best term and rate with Effect Auto financing. Will be back for my next car. My brother just bought a vehicle from them as well last month. They hooked him up with the best deal. My family has a favorite place to shop for a car now.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and easy to work with the entire process. They answered all of our questions, never pressured us, and made sure we understood everything before making a decision. The vehicle was exactly as described, pricing was fair, and the financing process was straightforward. You can tell this dealership takes pride in treating customers with respect and being transparent about their vehicles. The showroom was clean, the inventory was impressive, and everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. A person can be warm, polite, and still untrustworthy. Please please please do your own research. Do not lean on what they tell you. My personal experience there, I was lied to multiple times. About interests rates, about pricing, etc. We were able to get the same car, same year, same title, lower milage, for $8,000 less and a lower interest rate! The place was nice, clean, very polite, and professional looking. However, I will try my best to warn you about how fair and honest they are. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Added more to my review after Effect Auto replied* Effect Auto was open Sunday which was great! That is a huge win and good business move. I wish more dealers did that. Effect Auto was maybe our 3rd stop. We did 2 more later. So out of the 5 places went to. We talked to a lot of banks and car sells men. Saw a lot of prices and interests rates. We were amazed in how far off Effect Auto was. The number $2,300 below asking doesn't really mean anything, if asking was so far off market. I am grateful we didn't accept the offer. They thought it was low, but in reality it was a very high offer compared to what we were able to get. Which keeps bringing me back to my main warning to anyone who reads this. PLEASE RESEARCH! - Go to many dealers - Look online - Get many offers - Use AI if you have to, to search the web - Don't take what they say at face value. And if Effect Auto has a fair price after you have done that? Congrats! Get a car from them. No problem at all. The issue are the claims they make... Do not believe them. This is my first review ever on Google. I don't do this. I don't really care to do this. Took me months to do it. I have experienced a lot of bad places and moved on. Lots and lots of things don't go my way in life and that okay. In fact, I am very grateful that this didn't go my way! But if I can save 1 person thousands of dollars. Its worth it :)

Avery, We find it interesting that your story continues to change. In one review you claimed you found the same vehicle for $4,000 less, and now it has become $8,000 less. Those inconsistencies speak for themselves. You and your wife visited our dealership, submitted a credit application, reviewed the vehicle, and made an offer that was $2,300 below our asking price. We simply chose not to accept your low offer. That is not dishonesty — that is business. Interest rates are determined by banks based on credit history, loan structure, and lender approval, not by our dealership. We encourage every customer to research, compare vehicles, compare lenders, and shop around before making a purchase. That is exactly what informed buyers should do. We have always been transparent with our pricing, financing process, and vehicle disclosures. The fact that you ultimately purchased elsewhere does not make your accusations truthful. We stand behind our professionalism, transparency, and the way we conduct business every day at Effect Auto.

Nothing will upset a customer more than a sales man that
Nothing will upset a customer more than a sales man that will lie to them to sell a car. Not only did they lie but tried to tell me that I was wrong. Then another sales man called and kept trying to tell me that I had misunderstood. So here is what they told me. "A car with an unclean title has the same value as a car with a clean title." Don't do business with someone that could cost you thousands of dollars.
