No pressure sales.
No pressure sales. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to talk me into something else. The financing was also easy no pressure and stayed within the parameters I set. Very happy with my purchase and terms!

TORRANCE BURDEX COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER OR MORE HELPFUL! The rest of the dealership——I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE! The finance guy-RODNEY GUTIERREZ COULD NOT HAVE BEEN RUDER—DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO SABOTAGE A $55.000.00 CASH SALE—-, PRACTICES DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN AS WELL AS SENIOR CITIZENS! Michael Pierluissi, general sales manager—DO NOT RETURN CALLS after repeated calls and voice messages. When I picked up my car yesterday—-Torrance’s day off— my iPHONE WAS LOADED INTO THE SYSTEM. PERIOD! No instruction for using phone, how to use car play, not even how to open the gasoline door to put gas into the car or how to open the hood! When I need service—I WILL DRIVE OVER 120 miles round trip to Santa Fe before I ever return to Sandia Toyota! YES THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER WAS AWARE OF WHAT WAS OCCURRING AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN MY CAR TWO WEEKS AGO EXCEPT FOR THE HORRENDOUS PETTINESS OF RODNEY GUTIERREZ all because I told two people before him as well as him that I was NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN HIS EXTRA PACKAGES and signed my name after writing NO THANK YOU!
