Salesman was attentive and helpful with constant communication throughout the process of getting a new contract signed! I’m happy with the outcome and services delivered. I highly recommend Sandia Toyota if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Williecaroline069 I cannot find you in our system to find out what happened on your visit with us. Could you please give me a call or come by the store so we can figure out what was going on or why it was taking so long. We are actually very proficient in our sales process because we are extremely transparent on our pricing in the market and our trade process maybe takes us less than 10 minutes! So, the only thing I can think of is a credit decision from a bank or credit union we might have been waiting on? Either way we want our customers' time in the store to be minimal, enjoyable and well spent. Thank you for your review and I hope to hear back from you. I ordered the car 12 months ago but had to wait because

I ordered the car 12 months ago but had to wait because of supply from Japan and demand in the U.S. Rudi Gomez and later Richard Giron kept me up to date throughout. Once the car was here, Richard explained the features in detail and, equally important, helped me fine an appropriate converter/adapter for a 240v outlet. I am grateful to Mark Holmes for facilitating the financing.

After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership the smiles all left. They stopped being helpful and communication was horrible. My plate was maed even though discussed that I wod pick up. The staff do3s not address people by name but instead uses sir or mam.

Duane was wonderful.

Duane was wonderful. Hmand SandiaToyota is highly recommended. The Toyota Crown might be your car. We were greeted three times upon arrival. Go saw threm.

Great experience! Sales guy Saif Ahmed was awesome and helpful! We enjoyed our visit and left there with our new 2025 4Runner!
