I was told over the phone that inspections were free but
I was told over the phone that inspections were free but when I took my car in on Saturday, they told me I would have to leave it until Tuesday, and the inspection would only be free if I paid for service. I took my car to a different shop, and they took less than a day to inspect and service it and didn't charge me. It was a minor issue I needed someone to look at but this dealership refused unless I agreed to go carless and pay them a ton. The service here was horrible and I wasted my time booking an appointment.

We visited Sandia Toyota in mid June of 2025.
We visited Sandia Toyota in mid June of 2025. We currently have a 2024 Prius which is great but now my wife has a bad knee which needs surgery so we need something easier to get into. The sales staff were very nice and we finally found a vehicle that works ( Crown Signia). We put $500 down on a pre build vehicle which will have white paint and a black interior. We went home and looked at the color and interior choices and decided that for the cost of a Crown Signia we should be able to get a color and interior that we like so on the second day after out visit I contacted our sales person. He said that the dealership was not scheduled to receive any vehicles with the colors we wanted. I asked about a refund of the deposit and he said he would "ask them". It's been three weeks since that exchange with no word from Sandia Toyota. It is probably my fault for not getting the terms of the deposit in writing, but still...
