My salesperson, Jim Shulack, was transparent and communicative throughout the process. He was upfront about what was available, helped explain the different price options, and worked to get the Jeep I wanted. Upon delivery he did a great job explaining all the features on the vehicle and helped make the financing process easy to complete. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Baker and it will not be the last!

After 20+ years of having nothing good to say about the individuals who sell cars for a living, it was a pleasure to meet and deal with Konstantin at Baker. I genuinely felt that he was at least as concerned that I be satisfied with my purchase as he was with actually making a sale. His manager and his finance manager seemed equally interested in creating a relationship rather than simply selling. I look forward to my future dealings with Baker.
