We bought a used 2016 Ram 1500 in February of 2019. The vehicle had first been titled in January of 2018. They showed us a Carfax and said the warranty had started in January of 2018. We later (October 2019) got a letter from Chrysler and they said the warranty had started in March of 2016 and that the warranty was expired. We would not have paid what we did had we known the warranty was over in just a month! We have spent the past almost 8 months (countless phone calls and emails) trying to clear this up and have yet to get an answer. I want to think they made a mistake. We have spoken to 5 or 6 different people at this time and are either ignored, led on and let down, or "handled" until we go away (which we will not). Regardless of this, we would like to be taken care of and ask Mr. Baker to make this right! Either clear up the paperwork SNAFU or give us an extended warranty for free to make this up to us! We await an answer! This is Bob and Elaine Seiler and we await your answer!!!

Bob S: Congratulations on your purchase of your 2016 Ram 1500! We have good news for you – the warranty has been extended for your truck. You get to enjoy the benefit of a 7 year, 100,000 mile, limited warranty beginning the day you purchased the truck! We regret that the CarFax error initially misrepresented the remaining warranty. CarFax is a third-party service and Baker Jeep has no control over the information they choose to collect or display. It even took Chrysler 22 months to acknowledge this error! Thank you for your patience during the time it has taken to unravel all of this and we hope you continue to enjoy your Ram 1500!
I have yet to receive what i was promised by Baker. I have been waiting a few weeks now for an email from Anthony (last name?)with the documentation on my lifetime warranty and have called three times to help this situation. In total it has now been almost 9 months and I await the resolution of this matter.

Camille, Camille, Camille. I have never had a better experience at a car dealership before and I think this has a lot to do with Camille. From the second I was introduced to Camille I felt as though she had my best interest in mind, and I can't say the same for previous dealership encounters. Baker is a family owned dealership and they certainly know how to make you feel like family. My experience at Baker with Camille was completely stress free... I would even say fun! Leaving this dealership I felt confident with my purchase and my future with this car. Thank you Camille for a wonderful experience, I don't think I will ever get a car anywhere else.

Great Customer Service
Friday 6/12/20 We went to view some cars and found a car that we were interested in. I was extremely Thankful for all of Camille's assistance. She was quick with the transaction and very patient. I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised that at the end of the transaction she asked to bless our car and I loved the fact that she did that. I've never had a dealership ask to bless a car therefore, I was excited to see that. She was super friendly and engaging and knowledgeable with the vehicles. Overall, I would recommend Baker Jeep to any consumer and Camille as Top Notch sales associate.

We purchased our sons vehicle from Camille at Baker in Princeton, NJ. My husband does a great deal of research before purchasing our vehicles because we like to keep them for many years. We are not the leasing type of family. My husband travelled from Long Island after weeks of traveling all over the Tri-State area looking for this specific black Jeep. Camille was wonderful, the dealership fabulous and we have nothing but good things to say about a simple transaction. Our son was very surprised and loves his car.....luckily he is staying close to home for college so the car will be used daily. Thank you for a wonderful experience! My favorite part was that you blessed the vehicle...that won me over.

Empty Nest Vehicle
I have wanted a Jeep Wrangler since I was probably 16 years old... referred to Baker by a close friend who works there and my sales rep, Camille, and I hit it off from the introduction. Car shopping is rarely pleasant so the number one thing I look for in a dealership and especially a sales rep is integrity. That is what I found in Camille. She is diligent, persistent but caring, and worked with me to get me my pick and a fair price... loved the family feel and everyone I met was friendly and made my feel like I was part of the family. I love my Firecracker Red Wrangler Sahara and not only do I recommend Baker but will be back in a few years for my next Wrangler!!

SCAMMERS AND NO RETURN PHONE CALLS
I recently purchased a "certified pre owned" 2017 Ram...stickers all over it stated CPO so I assumed it was a Mopar CPO vehicle....which nobody argued. So I buy the truck which seems very good. In showroom assistance and experience was fine and friendly. Then comes the finance guy, Greg I think, who tries to sell me a wrap around warranty which I refused. As I,m walking out the door he comes out and offers the same warranty at a much better price...I accept. A few minutes later, after signing paperwork, I leave. When I get home I review paperwork and notice there is NO warranty information so I call, get Greg who says, ooops, he will send it to me. When I recieve the paperwork, the warranty coverage for the "cpo" is through some aftermarket company, which I'm sure is pretty worthless, and the wrap around is not as advertised....it's for 5 YEARS OR 60K whichever comes first. The truck has 41k now so the 5 year is pretty worthless and this is NOT what he said. I have reached out to Baker 7 times...3 times they hang up....that's right...hang up. Last saturday they hung up, I called back 2x and they didn't answer. I called back immediately on my girlfriends phone and they picked up immediately. No return call. Called yesterday and the delightful lady said she would definetly get have someone call back. No return call. So, this insurance policy is a scam, they know it, they don't have my signature, they know it and just won't return my call to resolve a pretty simple situation. SO NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. READ FACEBOOK COMMENTS AS WELL AS DEALER RATER. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT. SCAMMERS.

Baker CJDR regrets that Mr. Alberghini had a sour experience. The customer signed every appropriate document and has a copy of every document he signed. Nothing was hidden or misrepresented. As a result of the customer's concern and at his request, the dealership will cancel the optional coverage to which the customer initially agreed and the cost will be refunded. Baker has been in business since 1967 and has generations of satisfied customers - it's unfortunate that Mr. Alberghini is not one of them.
