Absolutely horrific treatment, was sold a vehicle for $28,000, I didn’t even put 8000 miles on it and needed a whole new engine over 20 grand. I’ve been out of vehicle five months with no engine installed to this day for the lack of proprietary tools to fix it. They sold me a tune vehicle and claimed it was stock subsequently I had no idea and here we are three 500$ diagnostic tests later five tows later , 63$ a day rent a car for over 120 days, and he assumes no responsibility nor the performance Mitsubishi dealership. Stay away from this place like the plague I have a lawyer involved now . This has ruined me . Truthfully, this guy just needs his … ……...

If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership is absolutely horrendous. Purchased a used car and didn’t tell us until after it was paid for that there was only one key. When we asked about the other key, Salesman “Lys” said it was just missing and they would find it and get it to us. After a week or so, we went back looking for the key, and they yelled at us and said when you buy a used car you only get one. Now we are out $775 to buy a new key after just buying this car. Beware and stay away from this dealership. They are not good to work with.

I had an appointment scheduled at 11am (I called in advance). My advisor was very friendly and helpful. I didn't really need much work to be done on my car but they did it fast and efficient.

I found the Outlander I wanted and being from Texas, I called. The price was under $25,000. The salesman asked if I had a Mitsubishi to trade in and I said, "No." He said that a discount did not apply, The price would be $36,000. I said, "No thanks!" I would skip this dealership and go to another who doesn't bait and switch.

Came in looking for a specific used Audi they had available and I was assisted very well by the sales staff. So far so good. I really like the car.

Buyer Beware! My wife and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Performance Mitsubishi. The sale was negotiated, and we thought completed, with me providing all information to transfer the registration and insurance from my trade in vehicle to the new vehicle. After waiting about 3 hours to get through the F&I process, we drove home. On receipt of my Geico insurance bill today, much to my surprise, the traded vehicle was still on the policy with no indication of the new vehicle purchased. Now 10 days later, I called my insurance company to have the new vehicle on the policy. On calling and speaking with the salesman, he indicated it was my responsibility to change over the insurance. This is completely false as he indicated during the purchase, he would take care of this. In the 3 plus hours at the dealership no one indicated that I needed to personally change the insurance, as this could have been done with a single phone call during this time. I assumed this had been done, as is in every dealership I have ever worked with. And yes, I am in the car business. I emailed the General Manager of the dealership regarding this issue, and he has yet to respond. The bottom line here is this dealer delivered a vehicle and sent me the customer home in an uninsured vehicle. This is unconscionable! Buyers beware of this practice. Don’t get caught driving an uninsured vehicle purchased from Performance Mitsubishi. Make sure your insurance has been transferred before you drive home! \

They have a very good selection of used cars. I was looking for a small vehicle for my daily errands and something that is good on gas. They showed me the Mitsubishi Mirage and it was a very good choice for me as far as monthly payment and gas consumption. Elias was my salesperson. Thanks guys.
