Out of state buy gone smoothly.

Saw a car I was interested in online. Contacted dealership and got Craig Wolf as a salesman. Craig went above and beyond. Taking pictures and videos of the car, while answering all my questions. Ended up purchasing vehicle sight unseen, then went down to pick it up the following weekend. Was not disappointed in the car, the salesman or the transaction. Would deal with Craig and the dealership again.

My wife and I had previously bought a 2016 Explorer Sport from Jason Benson at the Reynolds Norman location. Our experience at that time was a good one, so when we were looking to upgrade, I contacted Jason to locate a new 2019 model with 7 person seating. This was no small feat as most of these are ordered by the dealerships with 6 person seating. Jason was able to locate one in far SW Texas, the team of Jason Benson, Steve Adams, Jonathan Thomas, made our wait and experience awesome, and the 2019 Explorer Sport is amazing. I was working towards getting this one by my wife's birthday on Jan 31st, but she was just as happy with it on 6 Feb 19. These gentlemen were very professional and helped us through this buying experience to final acceptance, and have provided assistance after the sale on numerous occasions.

Enjoyable experience

Manny was great to work with. He divulged all the information related to the car we were interested in and stayed in contact with us throughout the process. Picking up our vehicle was a bit time consuming and I feel like it took much longer than what it should have...I account that to weekend confusion and Saturday being one of the busiest days at dealerships. Overall we were pleased with the process and our son is happy with his vehicle.

Gianfranco Delcastillo excellent help

Without Gianfranco Delcastillo's help we would not have gotten most of what we were promised. We were promised 2 keys with fobs...we got 2 keys and 1 fob. We got great financing thanks to Franco and the car windows tinted. Thank u Franco for your help

Excellent experience

Bought new pickup

It was a fun experience working with Jeff Tullis in this purchase! He was so attentive to my wife and I! He even called several times to see how I was doing. Four days after the sale I brought some items they belonged with my trade in and Jeff took a bag of popcorn out to my vehicle for my wife. On Saturday I saw Ken Hines at breakfast and told him I left my Pikepass in my trade in. He left and returned with my pass! Now that’s SERVICE! Mile Lang was very helpful explaining the difference between the vehicles I was considering! Thank you one and all!

Nice low pressure car sale

Braden was very nice and polite and had no problems answering all my questions and letting me take all the time I needed to decide. Got a great deal on a 17 ford focus with no pressure and no hassle.
