Changed my thoughts in car salesman. They are AWESOME!!

Tyler Easton, Dale, mike, Steve THE BEST AROUND!!! They made a bad situation PERFECT!! I left totally satisfied and met some great people on the way!!

Tyler Easton- Exceptional in sales 5+++++

Tyler Easton was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We felt like he was honest and caring about our interest and never pushy in any way. Tyler was easy to talk with and very knowledgable in the Ford Explorers. He went out of his way to reach out to us and make sure all of our questions were answered and willing to go out of his way to make us happy. All in all we are extremely pleased with Tyler and the other gentlemen we came into contact with through Reynolds. Tyler is definitely a keeper.

Best experience

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. It was low pressure, and I felt my wants and needs were met, from the test drive, all the way through financing. No one tried to upsell me, or push me into buying more than I wanted. I was treated with courtesy and respect start to finish.

Help where no one else could

The people at Reynolds ford in Norman, helpede get into the vehicle I wanted! There was no compromise everything was within my parameters. The process was easy and painless. This will be the only place I get a vehicle from now on.

Half good and half bad

I do not know how to say my experience. I felt very good before I pay the car. But when I drive back 2 days later ,I found it's tire's brand is changed from Goodyear to others. And the mirror is also not very well.

I have looked into the details of your recent purchase and understand that the Goodyear tires on your 2012 Toyota Corolla did not pass inspection when it went through our service department prior to delivery. As a result, we installed brand new Hankook tires on the vehicle at no charge to you because Goodyear tires were not available at the time. Two vehicles in one month.

I bought a new truck for my self and then a couple of weeks later I bought a new suv for my wife. Reynolds Ford is the only place I would go to purchase a vehicle. Excellent product and excellent service.

Jeff Tulius is a great salesman

Jeff Tullius is a ten star salesman and the only reason I bought in the first place. He is the best at what he does. The reason why I rated the overall so low is because I am a repeat customer and felt I was taken advantage of. They said they couldn't include tinted windows, tag and title(as they did before), or anything. I just feel like they charged me everything they could and maybe even more than what I should have been. I dont feel I got the best deal available. Being a repeat customer it seems like there would be more available so I more than likely will not be doing business here or recommending family or friends and I have a lot of them. If the dealership was to call me and include some leather seats or tag and title then maybe I'll consider my review until then it is what it is.

Purchasing a new Ford SUV

When I entered the dealership, I had no idea what vehicle to purchase. I was shown different models to look at and was given explanations of the capabilities of them. Jeremy Cash was very knowledgable of each model I was shown. I purchased my 2018 Explorer due to his expertice in knowing all the different systems and there functions. I would recomend Jeremy Cash as a very valuable asset to your dealership.

Everyone at this store was excellent and made my whole experience fantastic. This the third car I have purchased from them and each time it is the same. GREAT!
