Very Friendly and Professional!

I had a great experience buying my wife a new Ford Edge ST! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the car buying process. There was no pressure what so ever during this car buying experience, and by far this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Reynolds Ford of Norman to anyone interested in a great car buying experience!

Met all my needs on a personal and professional level.

Reynolds Ford definitely made a return customer out of me. Went in looking at a specific vehicle and was met by a friendly, non aggressive salesteam who listened to my needs and terms for purchase and MET them. No drama, no back and forth "Dog and Pony Show" just some honest face to face negotiating. I left feeling like I received a good deal.

Birthday Blessing!!

Scott delivered and helped suprise my wife with her new car. We spoke over the phone and he made everything happen for us. He listened and understood my wishes and exceeded expectations on delivery. We traveled from Tulsa and did not want to be in the dealership all day. Scott, John, and Sean had everything prepared and got us in and out within an hour and a half. Review of Fusion Experience

My wife and I wanted a very specific Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium edition, Ruby Red metallic. Other dealers wanted to sell their very limited stock items, were unable to locate that specific vehicle or said they would have to order it, culminating in a 2 or more month delivery wait. Tyler Easton at Reynold's Ford of Norman, found three candidates within a 24 hour period and had us driving away in the car my wife dreamed of within 3 days. The process was comfortable and efficient. We love our new car. Thank you Tyler for your professionalism and courteous assistance in this purchase.
