Great sales experience !
Salesman was not pushy. He was very fair & helpful. Paperwork went quickly & he was not pushy. The vehicle was a fair price & we got a fair trade in value.

Easy process. No pressure
Dealt with Jeremy Garrett while buying an Super Duty truck. Knowledgeable and helpful. There really was no pressure at all which surprised me a bit. Interested in making sure I was buying what I wanted not just selling me any vehicle. Would recommend dealing with Jeremy & Reynold's Ford to anyone out there.

This was a great experience and Enrique was awesome!
I went in to just look at was was available not really expecting to be able to buy something that day but Enrique Villagran was very helpful and found me a very nice SUV. I held off on purchasing the vehicle on the first look in order to talk with my bank about it and Enrique was patient with me and kept me informed about the availability of the vehicle and also what their finance department could do for me. He wasn't ever pushy. He was sure to go above and beyond what I have known to expect from a car buying experience. I will definitely recommend him and the company to others for a new or used car! New Car Buy
No pressure. Willing to help find the vehicle you want rather than pressuring purchaser into something on the lot. Price offered for trade was fair. Price of new vehicle was quite reasonable. Salesman was very helpful. Sales Manager was very helpful. Customer Service Manager made things very easy as did the Finance Manager.

Over all good
Only thing that really bothered me is that the dealership wasn't willing to fill gas tank up. They said because it was a used vehicle. My other vehicles new and used have always been filled up. John Williamson is a super great salesman though!

Wonderful Experience
This is our 4th car purchase from Reynolds Ford and as always it was a wonderful experience. From test drives to negotiation Steve was a straight-forward and helpful. He didn’t push and worked diligently to satisfy our requests. Finance was a breeze and I didn’t feel like we were just a number.

Steve is amazing!!
First time buying a car on my own. Steve was absolutely fantastic. He had a genuine approach and spent hours helping me look. He had a wonderful balance of salesmanship but was also honest. He spent hours even after he probably should have been off work to help. He was persistent but not in an overbearing way. He made you feel important and would do what he could to the best of his ability to help. There are not enough stars to rate on how well Steve did. I did not give the dealership full amount of stars because after discussing everything with Steve and having an understanding,the manager tried to involve himself in the sale. I understand assisting staff with sales but a rappor was already built with Steve and he understood why we would have to come back to finalize purchase. The manager came across disingenuous and pushy with a strange demeanor. The leasing guy did not seem to care, came across judgmental, and did not seem to try as much as he could have. On multiple occasions he did not return phone calls. Steve had been calling me and had to remind him to call me multiple times. However I’m aware of how busy people can get and can only do what they can. I highly recommend Steve. Everything is online now but he makes the car buying experience great. He makes the experience personable and educates as best as possible with refreshing honesty. Sales is his profession but he takes his time to make sure it’s the car you want.
