Best car buying experience by far. Bryan Unger was my sales guy however, he really took a consulting approach to it and I felt like I was in control of the process. He asked me open-ended questions and advised me to elaborate on what I really wanted out of a car. His expertise and knowledge allowed him to make recommendations on what would fit my needs. He then highlighted key features of the vehicle and then confirmed if this indeed was what I was looking for. After we decided on a car we worked with Franco DelCastillo to secure financing which was very easy and fair! Bryan Unger pulls no punches. He just wants to see you get into the car you want and if you aren't sure, he will take the time to listen and make suggestions.

Tyler Easton was incredible! I went in searching for a Ford Escape that was fully loaded. Tyler listened to every detail when explaining exactly what I wanted. He even gave me more than I expected! It took me a few days to actually go through with the deal, because I never impulse buy. Tyler answered all of my questions every day & never seemed pushy to just get the deal done & over with. He stayed an hour over his shift to even help me get this vehicle set up with all the bells & whistles. When I got to the dealership, he had a list of vehicles ready and to say he found me the perfect fit would be a gross understatement, I can see why he has a top salesman award on his desk. you tell them what you want, about how much you want to spend, and they work magic to help you attain it.
