Alumni to alumni Boomer Sooner Style

He's my man both on and off the field. We played Football together and he hooked me up. I bought a Dodge Diesel that turns heads. Reynolds Ford is lucky to have this guy because he is one awesome selling machine and great leader in the community. Also, he is the biggest kid but keeps it professional. He knows how to make buying a vehicle fun, so don't go in thinking you are not going to have fun because you will with my main man Tyler Evans 75

Late afternoon problems

Had electrical problem that develop in late afternoon, contact Rick who said bring in, they could do battery check. If something else would have to make appointment since technicians were busy for remainder of day. Terminal connector (corroded) and battery (leaking cell) were replaced in timely manner.

Reynolds People are The Best

Mike Lang, Manny Lopez, Bryan Unger, and the entire Reynolds Staff on this purchase, as well as, the several cars we've purchased from them before illustrates the pleasure we have in dealing with this organization. They have always taken our dream and successfully made it reality. As an example of their customer service ethic, a mistake was made in their favor on the initial contract, although they could have held us to the original, they cheerfully corrected my mistake and at their expense made things right. These people are truly special.

Worked very hard

Bought 2018 F150, sales staff was very good to work with and worked to help us get the deal we were looking for. We did have a slight concern when truck received minor damage during installation of spray-in bed liner (not done at dealership location). Although it took a little time to get it fixed right, the team at Reynolds worked this until I was completely satisfied.

Extremely Satisfied

Last week we purchased a new Ford Escape and had a great experience. Our salesman Bryan Unger was very helpful and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. Franco DelCastillo did an excellent job in streamlining our financing. The whole process was very easy. I would recommend Reynolds Ford in Norman to anyone shopping for an automobile.

Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle !

The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable . They went the extra mile to find us the Car we were looking for for the best price . They service the car and had it ready for us the next day ! Everyone there in all departments were helpful and we are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased . They gave us the freedom and time to look over the vehicle and we were never pressured or felt hurried to make a decision . Reynolds staff makes buying a vehicles a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I will buy from them when I need another vehicle . They provide quality customer service in every department and you will not be disappointed as they want to help you find the car you are looking for !!!!
