Emich KIA

1st time we had ever bought a car on line and Emich KIA made us feel at ease. We love the car and my wife is happy. The only thing i was disappointed in was the amount scratches on the hood and roof that could not seen in pictures on line. Lighting? Anyway, I was told the car was detailed at Emich. I took it to a detail shop and had to pay 300.00 dollars to have it wet sanded and buffed out. When I paided 39000.00 for a car I should' t of had to pay more to have it repaired. The scratches were obvious in the sunlight.

Emich Kia and their team made our purchase easy and efficient. Pricing was fair and negotiations weren't too painful.

My experience was great! Found the perfect SUV for my big family. Kyle was so helpful, patient and kind. I didn't feel rushed into anything. Answered my million questions as well lol also a wonderful lady chris and another gentleman I forgot his name. But they all helped as well and was so welcoming and understanding I would highly recommend! Thank you we love our new KIA!

My wife and I were very very pleased with Emich KIA. We did not feel the usual pressure that you feel when you walk on to other car dealerships. Emich KIA were gracious, welcoming...but not pushy. We were leasing a vehicle for the first time. We needed to feel like we would be getting the answers we needed, as well as the vehicle that would be best for us. The entire staff were friendly from the time we entered the front door, going through the process, and ending with the finishing paperwork, each person treated us with respect, and not like a customer to "jump on to make a sale". The dealership prides themselves as being "family"...and that is what it felt like. We will definitely recommend to others Emich KIA. We LOVE our car Emich will be our "go to" dealership in the future.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful I asked others in the room and they said the same from sales to service.

The finance guy was rude after we decided not to purchase any add ons. His demeanor changed and felt very rude. Ahmad was great at first but I called to let him know they sold us a 60k truck with no washer fluid and we discovered the passenger door also had a problem. He never called me back. He told us he would follow up in 2 weeks from selling the truck and I never heard from him.

He was easy to work with and tentative to our questions and needs. Made it easy to buy our car

Sean was so very pleasant and was spot on for all our questions and concerns regarding the 2023 telluride Kia purchased. Chris, finance officer; was the most helpful in guiding us through all aspects of the auto financing and coverage plans offered by Kia dealership, making sure we understood every document signed.
