Appreciated the patience, space and time for us to test drive and make a sound decision on our car choice without feeling pressured. Isaiah was energetic, answered all our questions and again gave us some space to go through things. The timing to buying a new car and financing deals to that was key. The dealership is clean and in a great location for us that made it a much easier process.

I had been car shopping for 2 weeks after a hail storm damaged my car and my insurance company deemed my car totaled. I liked several cars but was trying to find something in my budget and found a Kia I liked and I knew there was a Kia dealer just down the street from my office so I made an appointment online to see a Sportage. I really liked how I was able to schedule an appt with a female salesperson and she had already printed out the specs on the car, the Carfax, the maintenance records as well (originally I was going to look at a used car) so that was a very nice touch (no other sales person had done that). I liked the way the car drove and she was very friendly - not pushy at all. She even waited a couple of days to email me. My husband had learned that the 2026's had dropped in price and I went and test drove a newer one at a different Kia dealership. They gave us an offer on one and I reached out to Tiffany to see if they could match that offer or do a little bit better (the car was priced higher than that on their website). She was able to work with her manager and get the car down to where I could afford it. I went in yesterday to sign the paperwork and it was pretty seamless. It was probably the second easiest car buying experience I've had (I used an auto broker before). I would definitely recommend Tiffany!
