Friendly service technician (Ed).
Friendly service technician (Ed). Only criticism is on the up sale of services. For example if the service department recommending changing differential fluid or brake fluid don’t say you need to have it changed, ask have you had the service done. I’m a customer who already had it done. In the form of a question is more positive customer service as opposed to feeling you are being up sold on services. Other than my suggestion, I was very pleased with the service.
