I don’t like being pressured to trade in my car. How many times can a person say they are not interested? Also, if I drive an SUV then a loaner SUV should be provided. I also should be told where I need to go to pick up my vehicle. I shouldn’t have to hunt around the lot for it especially when I am carrying a booster seat for My child.

I have gone to other Honda service centers and so far I like this one the most! Diana was informative and friendly! The service I needed was completed within a few hours and the check out/check in process was easy!
