Cavene was rude and condescending on multiple occasions!

Cavene was rude and condescending on multiple occasions! We had a terrible shopping experience and weren’t even given a run through of the car and it’s features before leaving the lot! My wife bought a car the same week with another dealer and we had a completely different experience where we have them a 5 star google review ! Our experience here was unacceptable and we will never go back !

I had a 8:30am appointment and not only was my vehicle

I had a 8:30am appointment and not only was my vehicle not finished by 2:30pm when I had another appointment to get another vehicles oil changed but I had to wait another 1 hour and 23 minutes just for the first vehicle. On top of that my $50 oil change came to $112. I did ask for the tires to be rotated, but that's a little excessive. So 2 oil changes for $50 each and tire rotation came to a whopping $183. I will not be back there nor give a good recommendation as I feel led to and cheated. Hope this helps you. Oh, Stephanie was very nice . Not too helpful or apologetic for the large inconvenience. I set it up that way as I had another appointment to get to in Kings Park that i was late for due to my first vehicle not being ready after you had it 6hrs prior.
