I love that Mariano Rivera Honda is practically around

I love that Mariano Rivera Honda is practically around the corner! It makes it so convenient! I went in for a car inspection and to look at a tire that I had them check two days ago. I was told 45 minutes. It was almost two hours. OK. I understand. But when I went to check out, I was told that I had refused a tire rotation on my visit two days ago! It was in the computer so it must be true! I was never offered that. A very friendly gentleman had walked to my car and looked at my car info and said it was the outside temperature that made my low tire pressure light come on. He adjusted my computer screen and we were both on our way. I really did not like the accusation that either I was not telling the whole truth or that I didn't know what I was talking about. Just glad that my car is back to normal!

My experience at Mariano Rivera aHonda dealerships was amazing. I dealt with Tom Panebianco when he was at Nardi. He is a caring salesman that you feel comfortable with. Tom does not add any pressure and you feel like he is actually on your side
