Excellent experience!

Excellent experience! My assigned Sales Associate, Omar Reid, was very responsive in returning my phone calls and emails. He, along with the Sales GM and Finance Manager made my buying experience quick and easy.

Financial manager is trash.

Financial manager is trash. They don't listen.. now I have to go back to the dealership and TRY to cancel over $8k in warranties... please get the BBB involved and help me!!!!!

I went in and got these warranties cancelled. I financed for 8k over what I needed to. Toyota will be sending a check to my lien holder the amount charged... My monthly payment stays the same, I'll end up paying this sooner..
