Had made an appointment for 7:30 AM said I needed 4 to 5 hours went back at 1 PM and they haven’t even started on it yet. Didn’t receive vehicle till 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I asked why make an appointment if they couldn’t hold up for their end bargain.
