Effective, some confusion on whether a needed part was

Effective, some confusion on whether a needed part was available or not (it wasn't), and disconcerting that a new cabin air filter was lying on the floor mat Uninstaller. It was quickly replaced once notified.

We found everyone at the dealership extremely customer

We found everyone at the dealership extremely customer oriented when working with us on the selection of our vehicle. Beginning with the test drive, through finance and then finalization of the purchase. In addition, the orientation provided by Matt was extremely informative and helpful. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Vanguard.

First maintenance service was supposed to change oil and

First maintenance service was supposed to change oil and top off all fluids and roate tires but brought it out with no DEF top off which it was almost empty. With Oil drips on top of engine (sloppy job) and no air adjustment in tires or rebalance check. Front Passenger side mirror keep coming on with no vehicle on blind spot with no finding pr diagnosis and still has the same issue. Also, lots of car fumes coming in cab with no diagnostic finding for damper being stocked open with fan being on indoor recirculating position.
