I was referred to the Collision Center by my insurance company. Who better to fix the car than the dealer right? WRONG!!!! My car has been there for 7 weeks and all I've gotten was jerked around. Collision & service department seem to have no communication with each other. The first 2 weeks it was there was wasted because they ordered a transmission that didn't need to be replaced. Apparently no one assessed it properly when it arrived. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and avoid the Collision Center. Unless you enjoy being without a car for 2 months!
