They didn't answer any of the questions I asked in the email. I went down to the dealership in person and there was nowhere to park at all. I asked a couple of guys by the office where I should park and he looked at me like I was crazy and didn't really respond. I said which car I was there to see and he said it's on a different lot and turned around and walked away. I waited a few minutes but he didn't return and it didn't seem like they wanted to sell me a car. I had to back out of the driveway I entered since there wasn't even a place to turn around. I had cash and was going to buy that car!

I went to go test drive the car before I get the car and he tell me someone just purchased the car if I put my inquiry in that car don’t suppose to be sold at all they suppose to wait until that person don’t show up to sell the car if they don’t won’t it and I asked he why is it still up on his website and he said where and I show him and I told him he should’ve have called or email me before I came out there to test drive the car and he need to take it down his words was I will in 30 minutes so disrespectful and and unsatisfied with that place you don’t suppose to sell the car when there is a inquiry put in on that car

This is not the place to go to buy a car. On the pictures online, the vehicles looks great. When you get there, they look so messed up! Paint gone, the cars have lights on, the scent inside the cars is hideous, and if you drive one, it's pretty scary because all the horsepower is gone. You might make it throughout the test drive and you might not. If it looks OK and does not have a hideous smell, then it is way too overpriced with a lot of miles on it. If it says one price online, that's not the actual price. The price is much higher or they may have hiked it up due to tax season maybe. Welp, don't take my word for it, see for yourself. Then you would be here writing your own review and what you saw. They are really nice there though.

Be very careful about what you buy from this dealership. I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra "As Is" back in June 2023 . Prior to purchase, I had the vehicle inspected by a third party inspection company, who provided a report that basically indicated no major mechanical issues with the car. In addition, a "free" carfax report was also posted from the website cars.com, which I believe was outdated because it did not show that the vehicle was a salvage. While MC Auto Mart did disclose in the bill of sale that the car was a rebuilt, what was not disclosed was that this car was in need of MAJOR repairs. After the purchase, I drove it home (from Nashville to Memphis) and a month later I took the vehicle to the Nissan dealership and was presented with a host of major issues with the car - including a leaking oil pan, front shocks and struts, the transmission, and catalytic converters ALL needing replacement. I called the dealership to inform them about the issues with the car and all they did was wash their hands and say that I purchased the vehicle "As Is" and that I signed the paperwork acknowledging that the vehicle was a salvage. While it is not their obligation, no effort was made by this dealer to try to rectify this situation in good faith. It is my firm belief that this dealer was aware of these issues prior to purchase but did not disclose them. And I'm basically stuck paying twice what the car is actually worth to have it repaired.
