Doesn’t know their own inventory

Drive 3.5 hours to look at 2 cars that Tony told me on the phone were available. Found out when I got there that one car had been sold two days ago, and wasn’t wasn’t even on the lot. Waste of 8 hours of my day and a ton of gas for no reason. Don’t bother with them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Read the other reviews and STAY AWAY!!!! Zero stars if I could. I went there for a $11,650 car with a clean Car Fax and they tried to ADD in Titling fees, Inspection fees, destination charges, document charges, and a reconditioning fee totaling $7,348 !! What an absolute joke!! Stay away from this dealer. You have been warned.

Waste of time

I've called this place at least 5 times in the 2-3 weeks regarding a car they've listed on Autotrader.com Every single time, they've given the same response rudely: "we're currently attending to many other customers in the dealership and we'll call you back". Not once have they bothered to call back. The only time I did manage to speak with them for over 2 minutes, I was told that this car was not kept on their lot and that a professional basketball player would bring it after I've got a confirmed appointment with them. It sounded quite suspicious but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After I saw that they suddenly dropped the price by about 13k yesterday, I called them today but received the same answer from Tony. Of course, I didn't get a callback. When I called again, spoke with Tony's boss who was just as impolite. They were both uninterested in selling the car. It appears that they may be advertising cars that they don't own (or at least don't have on their lot). This place is a scam and a complete waste of time.

STAY FAR AWAY! VERY MISLEADING! LIARS! THIEVES!!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! I visited this dealership with a pre-approval letter from Capital One based on a specific car on their lot. First, I was shown a different car, and the salesman said the one I was inquiring about had not yet arrived on their lot. He said that if a photo isn't shown, it hasn't yet arrived. I showed him the pre-approval letter with the photo! All the vehicles on the lot are sold "As Is." However, one could purchase a warranty. I looked at a 2018 white Honda Civic hatchback, just shy of 50k miles. On the website, it's listed for $14,850. After a few hours, the salesman approached me with an offer of $3k down, $572, monthly. I asked what the selling price was, and he said a bit over $26k. I asked him why I was being sold a car over the listed price on their website. He told me to be realistic. That I wouldn't find a year and model for less than $26k like the one I was interested in. These guys are thieves, liars, and a waste of time. STAY AWAY!!! Don't let them do a hard inquiry on your credit. Spare yourself the trouble, headache, and time. Thankfully, I went to Off Lease Only and drove off in a 2020 model with monthly installments far lower than what this dealership was offering. And, with only $1k down. One of the customers that was at this location during my visit ended up at Off Lease, and she, too, drove off happy!

False advertisement

False advertising, said all cars on lot are bank owned And that repossessions and that the price is marked on their advertisement is what is owed to the bank. Therefore the prices are just about doubled it's ridiculous don't go there it's a waste of time
