Very easy car purchase. Car was in great condition. Dearer was great with follow up on tags and title.

I had a great experience with CarMax and truly appreciate their customer first approach. My car purchase was delayed due to shipping, and during that time, my original trade in offer had expired. When I refreshed the offer, it came back lower but CarMax honored the original trade in value without any hassle. That level of commitment and fairness really stood out to me. A special thank you to Mo, the CarMax associate who assisted me throughout the process. He was professional, efficient, and made both the trade in and the purchase of my new car smooth and stress free. Everything was handled seamlessly, and the entire experience felt straightforward and transparent. This was my third time selling a car to CarMax, and once again, they delivered excellent service. I highly recommend CarMax to anyone looking to buy or sell a car they consistently make the process easy and reliable.

This dealership was really hit or miss. Depends on who you work with. There were many times I called in to ask questions and it was almost like it was the first time they had been asked this, and other times I was told information that was just plain false (not on purpose, I just think the people they have answering the phones aren't super well trained).

My experience was very pleasant. I dealt with Will who was both professional and personable. He knew I was in a bit of a rush and did everything necessary to expedite the process.

Night and day from the other car dealerships nearby. Straightforward pricing, no swindling, no sweating you out, no fees out of nowhere. Good vibes; the people working there clearly sleep well with a clean conscious. Bonnie walked me through the process step by step. Every process is explained clearly, recommendations given to help with your research, and no fees added on that don’t bring value to you. I’d honestly trust her to sell a car to my mother. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s also a super effective salesman because she can clearly explain what the cost is for and why it’s valuable to you. Everyone there was friendly and competent: Xavier who helped with the downpayment; Ray and Boyce, managers helping with paperwork; Beyjan who shed some light on the normal car buying process; the technicians — everyone.

They were responsive and easy to deal with. Dak handled things and made it easy for us. I’m sorry I don’t remember his associate in training, but she was also great.

The experience was smooth and simple. Very friendly team and no surprises. The rep was knowledgeable and walked me through the process of financing.
