Useful was a breath of fresh air in an environment expected to be deceptive.. He made our process pleasant and we felt he was open and honest with us. We felt like we got a good deal and more truck than we expected.

I appreciate our salesman, Derek, listening to our needs and following through with them yesterday.

I went in with the hopes that they would help me out of a bad situation, instead I had my credit pulled over 15 times while I was asking for my keys to leave. They didn’t listen to my main concern; a reliable car. Instead they tried their hardest to get a sale out of me and put me into a jeep that hasn’t even been clean yet that I didn’t even get to drive. It isn’t fair. They should’ve just told me that they didn’t have anything and let me leave. Instead I felt pressured to continue with the car in fears I can not get one somewhere else because of how much they pulled my credit. Thanks for trying to help me but you kind of made my situation worse. I could’ve gotten a Honda or Toyota from somewhere else instead of a dirty, smelly, jeep that hasn’t even issues starting and jerks going from first to second gear.

We purchased a brand new vehicle from them got it home the first day noticed it had a scratched rim like they hit a curb. Contacted the general manager the next day about it or maybe the same day the salesman Contacted me said they wanted to make it right. Told me they worked with someone who resurfaced rims i told them i didn't want a resurfaced rim wasn't sure how it would look then they told me they were going to order a new rim and they came and picked up the car. They then resurfaced the rim and didn't ask me if i wanted that i figured they were replacing it. They brought it back the color doesn't match the rim is rough like sandpaper and has imperfections in the paint missing paint in the corners. I Contacted the salesman about it he said he understood and would talk to new car manager and i never heard back. I Contacted the general manager through email again and i was ignored also. This is the second vehicle we purchased from them in a year and will not be purchasing another there. also had a scratch on the bumper I pointed out at the dealership they tried to get it out the best they could and it was also covered in tree sap they didn't get it all off. They didn't even vacuum it out put floor mats down over the dirt and rocks

Satisfying and inormative.. will continue to do my research and will keep you in my realm of decision making... looks like will wait till Nov or Dec to buy... Thanx

Horrible service. Probably the worst dealership ive ever worked with. Didn't disclose broken window. Gave me a discount that wouldn't cover a replacement. Hid the fact that this is beyond base model. Roll up windows, no alarm, etc. I had to fly in and buy it as my other vehicle was totaled. So it was site unseen. I was told id lose my $500 NONrefundable deposit if I switched. The vehicle was dirty. Zero gas. Took them over a week to get final paperwork. Kept changing the price. Told me they lowered the price, but they actually just removed the gap coverage. Then over charged me when I asked about it. These people are the worst sales people ive ever worked with. Total rip off. Ive got to spend way more now just to get it to NORMAL operating functions. They told me this was Certified but removed it from the sales contract. And offered no 3 month 3000 miles warranty that was stated on the vehicle website. Total crooks.

Everyone was nice especially my sales lady. I got to test drive what I wanted to make a decision. I will come back for my next vehicle.

Got the truck and deal I was looking for. Would recommend this dealership to people looking for a new truck.
