Very satisfied with my experience at Gresham Dodge, Kyle was awesome, he found me the truck I wanted and it was the best price in the area, financing was quick and painless and the employees I encountered were very nice.

8/05/2026: BUYER BEWARE of GRESHAM DODGE — especially SINGLE WOMEN with limited knowledge of vehicles who are considering purchasing a USED VEHICLE. I purchased my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel from Gresham Dodge on 3/28/2026. I deliberately avoided private sales and small used-car lots because I believed buying from an established Dodge dealership meant greater accountability, customer service, and confidence in what I was purchasing. I was wrong. Within approximately ONE MONTH, the fuel tank vapor tube broke. Gresham Dodge initially told me the roughly $678 repair was my responsibility. It wasn't until I posted a review that my concerns received serious attention. They ultimately agreed to repair it and asked me to remove my review on 5/21/2026. I did — in good faith. Unfortunately, here I am again. Approximately two months later, the check engine light came on, and the truck began driving so poorly that I no longer felt it was safe to drive. I returned to Gresham Dodge on July 28 and was told the truck now needs a $2,682.34 tune-up that isn't covered by my warranty. I do want to recognize Paul Johnson, who has consistently treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and done everything within his power to help me, as well as Luke, the Finance Manager. My frustration is not with either of them — their customer service has been the exception throughout this experience. As of 8/05/2026, I have driven this truck only 1,552 MILES. I'm making payments on a vehicle currently sitting in my parking spot because I don't feel it's safe to drive. I understand that I bought a USED vehicle. Maintenance is my responsibility. What I question is why thousands of dollars in maintenance were needed this soon without that maintenance being addressed before the sale — or, at minimum, disclosed so I could make an informed decision. Had someone said, “Expect another $2,600+ in maintenance within roughly 1,500 miles,” I could have decided whether this truck was truly within my budget. This is exactly why I want to warn women and anyone who isn't knowledgeable about cars: do not assume that buying from an established dealership means someone else has done the due diligence for you. What concerns me most is the pattern: my first major issue wasn't resolved until I publicly complained. Customers should not have to become a public-relations problem before their concerns matter. If you're considering a used vehicle from Gresham Dodge, get an independent inspection, request the complete maintenance history, ask what maintenance is currently or soon due, and GET IT IN WRITING. I wish I had. A dealership's character isn't demonstrated when they take your money. It's demonstrated by what they do when there's a problem after the sale. My experience has left me seriously questioning Gresham Dodge's integrity. BUYER BEWARE — DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM GRESHAM DODGE. MY EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN ME A SERIOUS LACK OF THEIR INTEGRITY!

Heather was very helpful. Another man tried to negotiate based on different car. They gave me $4000 allowance as I was looking for 18,000 and he dropped by $400 to agree to $22000 plus tax. Thus, they gave me nothing for my car. I will NOT recommend dealership to anyone.

Everyone was organized communicative and made me feel very welcome. If I ever have to come back and purchase another car in the future, I would come to this dealership.

Vlad made the entire purchase process incredibly easy from start to finish. Everything was handled electronically, communication was excellent, and he was always quick to answer my questions without any pressure. He was professional, transparent, and made buying my new Ram 2500 a smooth, hassle-free experience. I highly recommend working with Vlad if you’re looking for outstanding customer service.

This is the 4th car we bought from this dealer and every time is the best experience. If you need a car, good or in our case bad credit they always go out of the way to find you a deal.We got a car with all the options for a reasonable monthly payment and every time we have gone there over the years its always been that way.its a bit Odd that we got sold a Ford at a Dodge dealership but im not complaining.Even after we found out the headlight is blown and the radio is non functional they told us they would fix it and run it through DEQ all from there convenience of the service center. This place is the best
