Great Customer Service!
5 Stars given to Great Customer Service! I went in on Super Bowl Sunday to buy a new 2016 Chrysler Town & Country Van as 2016 is the last year they made vans. After checking a lot of dealerships in the area, only Gresham Dodge had new vans in stock. I had went in to buy the Anniversary Edition, but came to find out it wasn't the most fully loaded option Chrysler made. PLATINUM was the best you could get. Gresham didn't have one, but they found a dealership that did have one and also in my ideal color, it was Top of the Top. And we made a deal that night on the van and they bought it for me the 2nd day. The guys were great. After having had an awful experience at another Dealership the day before, I had told them all the problems I had. And all the guys seemed to understand my frustration and situation and not want to repeat it and strived to make sure my first car buying experience would be better with Gresham Dodge. And it sure was! Jay- was the guy that helped us out the first night and he was great to talk to. Eric- the main Sales guy was nice and attentive and worked with us to make a deal that night. Lars- the Finance guy gave us great advice in warranty and other options that were available etc. Jose- Partner with Jay and also the guy that we dealt with the following night when we picked up the van. He was REALLY GREAT and understanding and took over an hour to show me the van and all the options and buttons and synced my cell phone and made sure I felt comfortable leaving the lot that night in a new van. Stayed 1.5 hours after closing and made sure I was completely happy with the van and well acquainted with it before I left and that all my questions were answered. All in all I appreciated this as my life is very hectic working and having 4 little ones and I don't have time to read manuals etc Definitely recommend Gresham Dodge and will use them again in the future! Overall you get a sense that they really want the customer to be happy at the end of the day. And Customer service to me is very important! And I have the van that I wanted at the end of the day....

Best Experience Around
Never before have I had such a flawless transaction. I shopped online and contacted all surrounding dealerships, I feel as if I am pretty savvy. Branden, the Internet Sales Manager, made this an easy process. He answered all questions, responded to all my texts after hours and on days off. Once I was finally ready, Knowing I had agree to certain figures, he has the vehicle pulled up front and all clean for me to drive and we finished paperwork. No haggle or grinding from some creepy manager. Everything Branden told me was upfront, I Worked with Phil in finance and he made me laugh, got me a better interest rate and even got me a lifetime warranty! I left amazed, and in under 2 hours for all paperwork test drive and finance. Thanks to everyone for this excellent Experience!!!

Poor service department
Or customer service wait times when there's nobody there because nobody's in a hurry. All they do is sit around and collect a paycheck. I wish the general manager would actually look at the service department in his Staffing. From one business owner to the next wake up

The people are friendly and fast and really do look for the best deal for you to make you happy. Lots of promises and no delivery
We bought a used Dodge Ram pickup with 4500 miles on it. After we paid for it and did all the paperwork we were given one key. We were told that when it was traded in it only included one key. I said I definitely wanted them to give me two keys, especially since we had paid a premium for the vehicle. The salesman promised to get us a second key. When that didn't happen, over the next year we spoke with four other "managers" who promised they would get us a key. Not one even returned a call to us. We will never buy another vehicle from them nor have we serviced with them and never will. What a ridiculous lack of service.

Been there twice to get an inspection. No one in a real big hurry to help you. Turned away at the door. So business must be good since they don't need anymore....

Unethical incompenent repair service
Took my truck into this dealership 3x starting end of June 2016 for what was thought to be a TCM (Transmission Control Module) problem my personal mechanic was unable to resolve after two months of trying. This dealership found a code P0931 which has to do with the gears (transmission). I told them what I had read on dodge forums and gave them history of the cluster panel lighting serv 4x4 and intermittent engine shut down and immediate restart problems I was having while driving. I had recently had the alternator and battery replaced by my mechanic. I spent over $1300 and made 3 trips and the the TCM issue I mentioned I had read about was never addressed. Instead they replaced the battery, alternator and cables. Never touched or researched the P code (Powertrain aka: transmission). The truck completely failed about a month later I towed it to another dealership who had the same codes and immediately tested the transmission. $1000 more later they found the TCM sensor was bad, replaced and fixed my problem. I contact upper management at the first dealership and they refuse to explain why they never addressed the transmission codes and why it took 5 labor hours to install a battery, alternator and battery cables. They claim they earned their money. I am not a mechanic but I can understand that a P code means powertrain.. not alternator or battery. They also never returned or credited me for a core charges on the alternator or battery they replaced and I didn't need to begin with. This dealership DOES NOT listen to their customers when they tell them they want certain things checked out they spend your money on things that don't need fixed. My mechanic check my battery and swapped out the alternator two weeks before hand.. nothing wrong but was done for preventive just in case and at no charge. He's willing to confirm this. This Dodge dealership service dept. totally ripped me off. I'm 56 and female maybe that had something to do with it.

good experience
went and got a 2016 dodge charger rt from them and my experience from the beginning to the end was 10 out of 10 from negotiation to to getting the payment i wanted and rate was better then i expected these guys really treated me good from the salesman Taylor to the sales manager garry even the fiance guy got us in and out quick i forgot his name i bought a key they programmed it for me free and had a ding on my roof fixed it for free and got me a car rental on them didn't pay anything first time buying a car from them i would definitely go back if im in the market for another car one more thing they didn't low ball me on my trade they paid it off no negative went into the new car if you go their i would definitely ask for the people i worked with their the really hooked me up

A good experience
We bought a 2014 Ram 3500 from Tim Garcia at Gresham Dodge. Although it was a used truck, Tim and the service dept. went the extra mile to make sure that they took care of us. I would recommend Gresham Dodge to anyone.
