Wil was very quick and accurate with the documentation on the purchase of my new Ram Hemi 1500. Very knowledgeable with the DMV requirements for the Diabled Veteran plates I requested and was able to correctly fill out that paperwork and let me know what was required on my end.

We had a very positive buying experience with the Gresham Chrysler dealership. No pressure what so ever and all very informed and pleasant to deal with. We worked directly with Dick Lee, Wil Hatton and Manger Ron Miller. Also spoke to Enricky the evening before extensively and obtained great information, he even called me back to verify my questions. As did Dick the morning before we left to drive in to Gresham from Hood River. Can't say enough to praise our sales team!

We found our sales rep Enrique attentive and comitted. We found the Business Manager, Will Halton to be frendly, outgoing, and very professional. We were not subjected to the legendary dealer sales tactics that can go on for hours, instead we were looking at competitive prices and reasonable terms. A deal was struck and we processed our papers to drive our new truck home. I would recommend to any new buyer to know their price levels of competitive offerings and then discuss with Gresham Dodge to see if they want to match or not. Also, for our preferences, their inventory was a big selling point. They had what we were looking for.

Our experience was terrific with this dealership. Sales Consultant, Mike, was very helpful and personable; found the van we wanted promptly and explained the features to our satisfaction. Sales Manager, Andrew, presented our different finance options and guided us to the one that would benefit us most, and help negotiate the warranty. Business Manager, Wil, was very patient with my questions regarding forms, and very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about the Dodge business. We will definitely recommend Gresham Dodge and those employees formerly mentioned to friends and family. Definitely a overall "10" experience!

My intentions was not to purchase a car, I was just shopping around... Nonetheless, I found my NEW baby and I am very happy. I know how it is when you are trying to sell something you treat your customer like GOLD!!! Well, real talk I think once they saw I meant business that fakeness came off and they were genuinely doing their best to sell me a quality car and I appreciate that. Thanks Guys!!!!!

Hopefully this is not a duplicate, as I did want to make sure we let others know that we had a great experience purchasing this new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Mike George found the van we wanted, at the price we wanted, had it ready to go when we showed up, discussed all options and took care of us while we awaited getting a loan through the Business Manager, Wil Hatton. As they say, "One-Stop-Shopping"...we had the car, the loan and the plates on the vehicle upon leaving in a very prompt time frame. Thank you..after purchasing over 11 vans since 1984, we have now had the best experience yet.
